Release notes
Keep track of the latest updates released on the Skeeled Software. Our goal is to continuously improve the Skeeled Software and release improvements and new features on a regular basis.
Release April 2025
Application form as an extra step
We are introducing a new feature that allows you to send an additional application form at any stage of your recruitment process.
This feature works using the same technical infrastructure as the pre-recorded video interviews and assessments.
With the action “Request Application Step,” you can now prompt applicants to complete additional forms.
These could include tasks like updating their personal profile information, answering specific questions, or uploading additional documents.
Once you trigger the action, the candidate will receive an email with a personalized link to access the additional form.
Any information the candidate submits will be automatically uploaded to their profile.
As with video interviews and assessments, the system will send automatic reminders to ensure that candidates complete the required actions.
You can set up different application form templates in your settings to be used with this feature.
This feature offers several use cases:
For example, you can keep the initial application form short and simple to encourage more candidates to apply.
After the initial screening, you can request more detailed information at a later stage.
Alternatively, you can use it to gather all necessary documents and information before finalizing the hiring process,
ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and having everything ready for the new hire.
Design change for status / stage / rating on applicant profile
We’ve made slight design changes to the candidate profile to improve usability.
The status and stage are now displayed at the top of the profile, offering a clearer overview and easier access for quicker navigation.
Release February 2025
Cross-company navigation
We have introduced the possibility to seamlessly switch between different skeeled accounts.
The same user email address can now be linked to multiple skeeled accounts.
This addresses a long-standing request from our multi-company users who found it inefficient to log out and in repeatedly.
New text editor
We upgraded the text editor in Comments and Scorecards.
It includes a more robust toolbar with formatting options like bold, italics, underline, bulleted/numbered lists, hyperlinks, and more.
Transition of the 'Spontaneous' & 'Sourcing' module
The separate modules 'Spontaneous' & 'Sourcing' have been merged into the Job Dashboard.
This allows a better overview and full access to candidate management options and the introduction of workflows.
Implementation of the job type
Inline with the transition of the 'Spontaneous' & 'Sourcing' module we have introduced the 'Job type' to better categorize your jobs.
Each job can now be labeled as a Job Position, a Spontaneous Pool, or a Sourcing Pool.
Improved 'Quick preview' view on applicant list
We have revamped what you see on the 'Quick preview' view on the applicant list.
You now have immediate access to the 'Status' and 'Actions' in this view.
Status on email records
We have introduced insight into email delivery inside the 'Email records' on an applicant profile.
You will be able to see an email's current status —such as delivered, opened, or bounced— as well as a chronological history of status updates.
By hovering over the email history icon, you can pinpoint exactly when it was delivered, when it was first opened, and if it encountered any delivery issues.
This level of visibility is invaluable for confirming that critical communications actually reached applicants.
Commenting added to bulk actions
Bulk actions have been upgraded to include commenting, so you can leave the same note on multiple candidate profiles simultaneously.
For example, if you’ve just completed a screening round for 20 applicants, you can add a comment to all of them at once.
Additionally, @mentions within these comments let you notify specific teammates (“@HiringManager” or “@RecruiterJohn”) in bulk,
ensuring they’re alerted and can collaborate more effectively
Improved ADEM integration (for Luxembourg only)
For our customers in Luxembourg, the ADEM integration has been improved.
You can now communicate how many hires you plan per job you declare to ADEM.
Release December 2024
Dynamic Comment Box
The comment box now expands as you type, giving you more space for longer inputs.
Once it reaches the maximum size, a scroll bar appears to keep things tidy and accessible.
Auto-Save Comments
Never worry about losing your work again—comments are automatically saved when you close the box, letting you pick up exactly where you left off.
Smarter @Mention Notifications
Email notifications for @mentions now include the candidate’s name and job title, giving you instant context without needing to open the platform.
Improved Candidate Navigation
Navigate between candidates more efficiently with new “Next” and “Previous” buttons.
We’ve also removed the bulky navigation bar, making your workflow smoother and more intuitive.
Enhanced side menu
The sidebar has a cleaner layout, with Settings and Logout now easily accessible for quicker navigation.
Sourcing/Upload of CVs now inside a Job
Perform sourcing/upload CVs directly within the job view, keeping all your recruitment actions in one central location for added convenience.
Customizable Copy Action
Select exactly which information to copy when moving data between jobs. This gives you more flexibility and control over the information you need.

- A new "Type" property has been introduced for the publication channels.
Now, users can filter and segment data with the new channel type property.
In the next update beginning of August it will possible to create multiple publications within the same job, allowing better control to diffuse to different channels
and the possibility to have different job descriptions and application forms per publication.
We also removed the "Source" information on candidate profiles as this information is now included in the publication channel.
New field added to documents: Type
We have integrated a new field within the document management system that categorizes each document by type.

visually improved user experience. This means a smoother experience across the platform,
with all interactions feeling familiar and the interface looking more streamlined.
Search Optimization: Focus on Active Candidates
By default, archived candidate profiles will no longer appear in search results.
This allows recruiters to focus on active candidates in bulk actions, such as change status or add tags.
You can still search within archived profiles by adding the filter "Applicant visibility = archived".
Analytics: Time-Based Insights
To ensure comprehensive data analysis, we now automatically adds the most common time dimension
when a measure is selected. This simplifies the report creation process.

Customised Predictive Models

imported directly into your skeeled account so you can select them when sending assessments to candidates.

This improvement allows you to add or remove participants and assign an event seamlessly.

You can now include the "Scheduler Link" variable in your email templates, which allows candidates to schedule interviews.
The "Scheduler Link" variable can now be included and saved in the email templates you set up in your settings.
This enhancement gives you more control over where to place the link for candidates to click on and select their time slot for interviews.
Application Form Templates
Streamline your publication creation process with our new application form templates feature.
Create, save, and edit customized form templates directly in the settings.
Due to multilanguage support, you only see templates that match the publication’s languages.
For this reason, We recommend that you create form templates with all the languages you frequently use.
Removal of "Work permit" field in application forms
We decided to remove the "work permit" field from our application forms to address its ambiguity and the frequent errors in submissions.
Moving forward, you can utilize our existing extra question functionality to ask customized, precise questions about work authorization
or any other specifics, enabling the automated screening for automatized filtering of your incoming applications.
For example you can ask a question like:
Do you require a work permit to work in country X
- No (acceptable answer)
- Yes
(Please note that the field will remain on existing publications)

Release April 2024
Application Form Enhancement
We’re excited to announce an update to our application forms, designed to streamline the application process.
Now, candidates can choose from four convenient options to apply.
This feature was already available in a different form in some cases, but has been revised and updated to be available for all forms.
1. Apply with Indeed: Quick and efficient—candidates with an Indeed profile can apply instantly, with the form auto-filled using their Indeed profile details.
Note: Candidates may need to manually complete additional fields or documents specific to your application requirements.
2. Manual Entry: The traditional method where candidates fill out the application form manually,
including all fields you've specified and attaching necessary documents.
3. Used skeeled before?: Candidates who have previously applied through Skeeled can reuse their information to auto-fill the current form.
For security, they'll first need to enter their email to receive a verification code.
4. Apply Later: Ideal for interested candidates who aren’t ready to apply immediately.
They can leave their contact details to receive a reminder to complete the application at a more convenient time.
These updates aim to make the application process as smooth and flexible as possible for all candidates,
enhancing their experience and engagement with your job postings.
Release March 2024
BCC and CC Recipients in Emails
We have added BCC and CC options when sending emails from skeeled, allowing you to add secondary recipients to your emails.
This ensures that all relevant parties are kept in the loop without the need for forwarding emails manually.
This has been a requested feature to add managers or agencies in email communication, just to name a few use cases.
Please use a comma to separate email addresses when adding multiple email addresses to the BCC or CC fields.
Please note that the system will not process BCC and CC on replies from candidates, keeping your communications streamlined and focused.
Visibility of Email Template Creators
You can now see who created each shared email template in the email template settings.
This feature enhances transparency and aids in better template management by allowing you to quickly identify the owner of each template.
Whether you're looking to make changes or simply want to know who to contact for more information,
this update makes it easier to manage your shared resources.
Analytics Filters - 'Not Set' Operator
In our ongoing effort to provide you with more nuanced and useful analytics, we've introduced the 'Not Set' operator as a filter in the analytics.

This enhancement is particularly useful for metrics calculations, such as determining the number of jobs or applicants without a library.
Release February 2024
Publication Name Implementation
Enhancing the publication creation process, we've now added the ability to include the publication's name.
This feature is designed to help recruiters better organize and easily identify different publications.
An important aspect to note is that each publication name must be unique to its respective job.
This enhancement aims to streamline referencing and improve overall management of publications.
Agency Management
We've upgraded the settings to include a comprehensive management system for Agencies.
Users can now efficiently manage Agencies, along with their associated mailing lists, directly in the settings.
This feature aims to simplify the coordination and communication processes with various recruitment agencies.

Global Edit/Delete:
Changing the name or color of a tag, or even deleting it, will now reflect across all profiles that have that tag assigned.
It’s a one-stop action to maintain consistency across profiles.
Handling Past Deleted Tags:
We realized some tags that were previously deleted still existed on candidate profiles.
To address this, we’ve reintroduced these tags in the settings but with a “deleted” label. This way, you can:- Easily identify and remove them individually, if required.
- Alternatively, if you need to replace these tags, you can do so using the search and bulk actions feature.
Enhanced Dropdown Search: Ignoring Special Characters
We've enhanced the search functionality in the job dropdown autocomplete.
Now, the search will ignore special characters, allowing for a smoother and more effective search experience.
Enhanced Open Text Filters:
We observed some user experience glitches with our open text filters.

Release May 2023
Remove address and contract from job
To streamline the job creation process, we have removed the address and contract fields from the job form.
The fields are now only available on the publication level.
This change makes it easier for you to focus on the most essential information when creating a job.
On the other side, we have created libraries with this information (country and employment type) for you to
easily filter jobs based on this information. Keep in mind that libraries are an excellent tool to help you
categorize jobs and easily find them on your dashboard.
Settings: Company currency
We have made it more convenient for you to manage your company's currency settings by transferring
the currency option from the campaigns module to the company settings page.
This centralizes the currency configuration and ensures consistency across all your campaigns.

we have added a new filter to the applicant list. This filter allows users to quickly view and sort applicants according
to the status of their steps, such as "Requested", “Started”, "Completed" or "Not Requested."
This will help users manage their recruitment pipeline more efficiently, identify bottlenecks,
and ensure the timely progress of all applicants.
Profile Deletion Confirmation Screen
In our ongoing efforts to enhance security and privacy, we have added a new confirmation screen for candidates
who want to delete their accounts. When a candidate chooses to delete their account, they will be redirected
to a confirmation screen that explains the implications of their decision and requires them to confirm their action.
This additional step helps prevent accidental deletions and ensures that candidates understand the consequences
of deleting their profile.
Multilanguage Editable When Duplicating a Publication
To provide users with more flexibility when duplicating publications, we have added a new feature that allows users
to edit the language of the duplicated publication. When duplicating a publication, users can now choose to modify
the language and adapt the content accordingly. This enhancement simplifies the process of creating multiple versions
of a publication in different languages, helping users reach a wider audience across various regions.

job descriptions like *Must have*, *Nice to Have*, and *We Offer* and aggregated everything into one single field. - In order to simplify the application process and provide a more user-friendly experience, we have removed legacy
properties and fields from the application form. For this reason, we are no longer sending these fields to the API.
Release March 2023
Job description: aggregation of all fields into one
We have grouped all fields related to the job description into a single field.
This means that the fields previously used (responsibilities, must-have & nice-to-have requirements, we offer)
are no longer available and the entire job description can be written in the field "Description".
This allows for more flexibility in how clients want to structure their job descriptions and titles can be freely chosen.
Please note: in publications that have been published before this change, the content of the different fields
has been automatically aggregated in the "Description" field and the previous titles have been kept.
New status for publications: SAVED
We have simplified the different statuses of publications to only have 3 possible statuses:
- Saved
- Published
- Closed
Saved publications now have an application link available to share.
The statuses "Draft" & "Published - Private" have been removed.
Removal of field "First day at work"
We have decided to remove the field "First day at work" as it often caused confusion with candidates.
If you want to give details on the ideal start date for candidates, please do so in your job description.

job description text when creating a publication. This allows you to have more control as you can choose
where in the text you want to include videos and you can resize them.

These fields will remain only in the publication creation process.
Status of Requested Steps
You can now see the status of the requested steps (video interviews/assessments) of your candidates.
Please note: the status is related to the request, so if you have requested steps from your candidate
and then cancelled them, without the candidate having them completed, the status will show as completed.
Release January 2023
Create new publications simplified
We have reordered and simplified the process of creating a publication.
Please note: In the near future we plan on putting most of the open text fields as optional.
Eventually, we will merge them into one field to allow you more control over
what you want to insert on your publication page. This will come on the next deployment end of January!
The improved text editor from the last release gives you a lot of flexibility in designing your job description,
using headings, videos, pictures and more.
Increase the number of favourite jobs to 100
We have increased the number of favourite jobs to allow you more control over your dashboard.
However, we recommend you use libraries as a navigation tool for your jobs.
If you want to know more about how to do so, please contact our support to get help on this matter.
Action menu directly in the search engine
We have made more changes to the search engine!
You now have access to the action menu directly from the search:
Release December 2022
Select multiple answer possibilities on extra questions
You are now able to allow the candidate to select more than one answer option on extra questions.
Furthermore, you can apply an automatised screening.
In this case, candidates will only be rejected if they don’t possess any of the “accept answers”.
A single matching answer is sufficient for the candidate to be accepted.
Schedule a publication date
You are now able to schedule a publication and define on which date you want it to be put online automatically.
Additionally, while a publication is not published yet, you can still have access to apply links and share them.
Improvements in the text editor
We have added a list of additional features in the text editor for job descriptions etc.
You can now include videos, links and images, use different text sizes and fonts, and better manage headings.

We removed the limitation of not being able to use the scorecards or the scheduler when a candidate
is in the progress of a video interview or Assessfirst.
Improvement on the scheduler
We made an improvement on the scheduler optimizing the number of slots candidates can pick on each invitation.
It will now be easier to have as many events as possible per invitation.
For example, if you have an hour available from 10:00 to 11:00 and you want to invite a candidate for a 30-minute interview:
only the 10:00 and 10:30 slots will be offered to the candidate.
This way, we limit the loss of slots and prevent the selection of slots such as 10:15 or 10:45.
Release September 2022
Data export: select which data to export to Excel
When exporting candidate data from a job to an Excel file, you can now choose which data you want to export:
- Personal data
- Professional data
- Operational data
Implementation of a search feature in dropdown lists
We implemented a search feature wherever you have dropdown lists within the app.
You won't need to scroll through extensive lists anymore to find the element you are looking for
and you can simply type a few letters in the field to find your result quickly.
Here are some examples of the dropdown lists:
- Candidate Tags
- Candidate Status
- Move/copy candidate profile
- User lists
- Job filters

- Job owner (the user who created the job)
- Job type (internal, external...)
- Job status (active, archived)

We now allow running multiple VONQ campaigns on the same job publication.
Previously you could only run one campaign per publication at the same time.
Organized job lists on dropdowns

15 minutes slots for the scheduler
We have added an option to select 15 minutes slots when using the scheduler
(previously you could only select 30, 60 and 90 minutes slots).
This will give you more flexibility especially when planning your first phone interviews.
Add/remove documents directly on a profile
You can now add and remove documents directly on a candidate profile.
Previously you could only add documents within the comment box.
Mass download documents
You can now mass download all documents attached to a candidate profile with a single click.
Previously documents could only be downloaded one by one.
Bulk Actions: keep your selection
When using bulk action, the system will now keep your candidates selected when you leave the page and go back
(example: you select a couple of candidates, open a profile, go back, the candidate will still be selected)
Implementation of a "Next" button on candidate profiles
We implement a "Next" button on candidate profiles (bottom right) for faster navigation between profiles.
You will not need to go back to your list of candidates and select your next candidate in the list
but can immediately hop from one profile to the next within a workflow stage.
Publication Board (Job Page): Order alphabetically
Jobs are now ordered alphabetically on the publication boards (job pages) from Skeeled.
Previously jobs were ordered by job creation date, which was not always an obvious logic for candidates.
Improvement on the Assessfirst/Video interview interface for candidates
Candidates will now have a clear overview of the name of the step (video/assessment) they are currently in,
how many steps they have to complete in total, as well as their progress.

Introducing the "Type" property for publication channels & removal of it for publications
We are moving the "Type property from the publication level to the publication channel level, meaning that:
- The "Type" property for publication (external, internal...) will be removed in the next update beginning of August.
This enhancement facilitates easier identification and transfer during API calls and system integrations.
Automatic prefill of the field "Publication Name"
To enhance the publication creation workflow, we have introduced an automatic pre-filling of the publication name field.
The format "Job Title (Publication Creation Date)" will now be used to standardize publication naming, reducing manual input errors and saving time.
Increase of password size requirement
We have updated our password policy to require a minimum of 12 characters.
As part of this update, all users will be required to reset their passwords in the near future (this will be triggered automatically after login).
Additional Filters for Activity Records
Activity records will now have additional filters for the old Campaign module, allowing users to filter everything that happened in the past.
These activities will be labeled with "Past module" to distinguish and manage historical data from the past campaign module and the new diffusion system.
Publication channels for agencies
We're adding an option for users to see the different links to submit applications that are sent to agencies when they post to an agency publication channel.
Release June 2024
Restructuring of the Publication Creation Form
We’ve made some changes in the publication creation form to streamline the process.
Standardizing Input Fields
In a system-wide update, we've standardized all input fields, creating a consistent and
visually improved user experience.
AssessFirst Integration
Customised Predictive Models
We now enable seamless integration with AssessFirst's custom predictive models.
Customised predictive models that you have created on your AssessFirst account will now be automatically
imported directly into your skeeled account so you can select them when sending assessments to candidates.
Predictive Models are now optional
You now have the option to send AssessFirst assessments without selecting a predictive model.
This provides flexibility to focus solely on the candidate reports without the influence of model-based predictions.

Your dedicated Customer Success Specialist will also present the new feature in details during your next meeting.

This improvement allows you to add or remove participants and assign an event seamlessly.
Variables in Email Editor
We have enhanced the text editor for writing emails in skeeled by adding the variables in it:
New Generic Analytics Dashboard

This operator is designed to match when values are not set (i.e., when they are null or don't exist).
Settings Reorganization
In our pursuit of providing a more intuitive user experience, the settings layout has been reorganized.
This update introduces two distinct sections:

Here an example:

You can easily activate it in your company settings ("My company").

API Update: Removal of Open Text Fields in Job Descriptions
- To ensure a more structured and consistent presentation of job descriptions, we have removed the open-text fields in
job descriptions like *Must have*, *Nice to Have*, and *We Offer* and aggregated everything into one single field.
Release February 2023

These fields will remain only in the publication creation process.

You can now see the status of the requested steps (video interviews/assessments) of your candidates.

and then cancelled them, without the candidate having them completed, the status will show as completed.
Release January 2023

The improved text editor from the last release gives you a lot of flexibility in designing your job description,
using headings, videos, pictures and more.
Increase the number of favourite jobs to 100

We have made more changes to the search engine!
You now have access to the action menu directly from the search:
Release December 2022

Removed the limitation of not being able to use the scorecards or the scheduler

Data export: select which data to export to Excel
When exporting candidate data from a job to an Excel file, you can now choose which data you want to export:

15 minutes slots for the scheduler
We have added an option to select 15 minutes slots when using the scheduler
(previously you could only select 30, 60 and 90 minutes slots).
This will give you more flexibility especially when planning your first phone interviews.
Add/remove documents directly on a profile
You can now add and remove documents directly on a candidate profile.
Previously you could only add documents within the comment box.
Mass download documents
You can now mass download all documents attached to a candidate profile with a single click.

Previously jobs were ordered by job creation date, which was not always an obvious logic for candidates.

This enhancement facilitates easier identification and transfer during API calls and system integrations.

visually improved user experience.

Application Form Templates
Streamline your publication creation process with our new application form templates feature.

Enhancing the publication creation process, we've now added the ability to include the publication's name.

Users can now efficiently manage Agencies, along with their associated mailing lists, directly in the settings.

In our pursuit of providing a more intuitive user experience, the settings layout has been reorganized.
This update introduces two distinct sections:

Here an example:

Changing the name or color of a tag, or even deleting it, will now reflect across all profiles that have that tag assigned.
It’s a one-stop action to maintain consistency across profiles.
Handling Past Deleted Tags:
We realized some tags that were previously deleted still existed on candidate profiles.
To address this, we’ve reintroduced these tags in the settings but with a “deleted” label. This way, you can:- Easily identify and remove them individually, if required.
- Alternatively, if you need to replace these tags, you can do so using the search and bulk actions feature.

We've enhanced the search functionality in the job dropdown autocomplete.

easily filter jobs based on this information. Keep in mind that libraries are an excellent tool to help you
categorize jobs and easily find them on your dashboard.

When a candidate chooses to delete their account, they will be redirected

properties and fields from the application form.

- Saved
- Published
- Closed
Saved publications now have an application link available to share.
The statuses "Draft" & "Published - Private" have been removed.

These fields will remain only in the publication creation process.
Status of Requested Steps
You can now see the status of the requested steps (video interviews/assessments) of your candidates.

and then cancelled them, without the candidate having them completed, the status will show as completed.
Increase the number of favourite jobs to 100

is in the progress of a video interview or Assessfirst.

You can now include videos, links and images, use different text sizes and fonts, and better manage headings.

when you leave the email or scorecard window (for example to check the candidate's CV).
Filter by library on job dashboard
We have improved the filter behaviour when filtering your job dashboard with your library elements.
You can now filter by elements and sub-elements of your libraries.
Removed the limitation of not being able to use the scorecards or the scheduler

Implementation of a search feature in dropdown lists
We implemented a search feature wherever you have dropdown lists within the app.

- Candidate Status

(previously you could only select 30, 60 and 90 minutes slots).

Improvement on the Assessfirst/Video interview interface for candidates

how many steps they have to complete in total, as well as their progress.

Search filter: Add Step Status
To enhance your candidate search capabilities, we have added a new filter that allows you to filter
candidates based on the status of their step requests (AF/Video). This makes it easier for you to find
and manage candidates who are at a specific status of the step requests.
Print from PDF action and Download button on the CV
In response to user feedback, we have added a new action that enables you to print directly from the PDF viewer.
This enhancement simplifies the printing and eliminates the need to download files to your computer before printing,
reducing the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive candidate data and ensuring a more secure recruitment process.
To provide you with additional flexibility when reviewing candidate information, we have added a download button
directly on the CV viewer. This feature allows you to easily download a candidate's CV.

Filter for the steps of the process (Video/AF) on the list of candidates
To make it easier for users to find and manage applicants based on the status of their steps in the recruitment process,
we have added a new filter to the applicant list.

Implementation of a search feature in dropdown lists
We implemented a search feature wherever you have dropdown lists within the app.

and you can simply type a few letters in the field to find your result quickly.
Here are some examples of the dropdown lists:
- Candidate Tags
- Candidate Status
- Move/copy candidate profile

This change makes it easier for you to focus on the most essential information when creating a job.
On the other side, we have created libraries with this information (country and employment type) for you to
easily filter jobs based on this information. Keep in mind that libraries are an excellent tool to help you
categorize jobs and easily find them on your dashboard.

and ensure the timely progress of all applicants.

- In order to simplify the application process and provide a more user-friendly experience, we have removed legacy

easily filter jobs based on this information. Keep in mind that libraries are an excellent tool to help you
categorize jobs and easily find them on your dashboard.

the currency option from the campaigns module to the company settings page.
This centralizes the currency configuration and ensures consistency across all your campaigns.
Search filter: Add Step Status

candidates based on the status of their step requests (AF/Video). This makes it easier for you to find
and manage candidates who are at a specific status of the step requests.
Print from PDF action and Download button on the CV
In response to user feedback, we have added a new action that enables you to print directly from the PDF viewer.
This enhancement simplifies the printing and eliminates the need to download files to your computer before printing,

directly on the CV viewer. This feature allows you to easily download a candidate's CV.

This will help users manage their recruitment pipeline more efficiently, identify bottlenecks,
and ensure the timely progress of all applicants.

who want to delete their accounts. When a candidate chooses to delete their account, they will be redirected

of deleting their profile.

job descriptions like *Must have*, *Nice to Have*, and *We Offer* and aggregated everything into one single field. - In order to simplify the application process and provide a more user-friendly experience, we have removed legacy
properties and fields from the application form. For this reason, we are no longer sending these fields to the API.

We have grouped all fields related to the job description into a single field.
This means that the fields previously used (responsibilities, must-have & nice-to-have requirements, we offer)
are no longer available and the entire job description can be written in the field "Description".
This allows for more flexibility in how clients want to structure their job descriptions and titles can be freely chosen.

using headings, videos, pictures and more.

Release July 2022
Introduction of Dynamic Application Form
We are pleased to announce that we are launching a new feature: the Dynamic Application Form.
Up until now, you could only use Simplified or Standardised CV giving you limited control over
the information you could request from candidates. However, now, we have set up a NEW system offering you
the possibility of defining which information you want the candidate to fill in for his/her application.
Application Form Builder
Defining the application form is simple. You’ll just need to click on the fields you want to add to your form and
it will automatically be asked to all candidates that wish to apply to your job publication.
In addition, we also expanded this feature to spontaneous applications, allowing you to have this type of control over the form.
Templates
Despite being able to select which information you want to ask the candidates to fill in,
you can still use “Standardised CV” and “Simple CV” just as you are used to by setting it up with our brand new Form Template System.
You just need to:
- Select the template you want to use
- Click on apply
- Confirm the action
In a further update in the near future, you will be able to create and save your own form templates
in addition to the Simple or Standardized CV template proposed by us.
Automated screening by the system
You can also activate Automated Screening, which you might already be familiar with from the screening questions.
It allows you to screen candidates automatically with the system based on specific criteria that you define on the application form.
To use this feature, you’ll only need to toggle the Activate automated screening button and fill in the necessary information.
The system will take care of the rest and automatically screen and filter candidates for you.
Search ignoring special characters
You can now search for any keyword without having to watch out for special characters, (á, ã, à, é, ê …).
This should help you navigate through the search and find candidates more quickly.
Move action is back!
We have brought back the Move action, allowing you to move applications from one job to another without losing information
and without the need to create a copy of the profile.
@mention notifications are sent to all users as emails
By default, all users will receive an email notification every time you @mention them in the comments of a profile.
If you wish to deactivate this notification, you can easily change this preference in the settings of your account.
New notification for shortlisted stages
Users will be able to receive notifications every time a new candidate arrives on their workflow’s shortlist despite their roles in the company.
Removal of Advanced Language Mode
We have removed the advanced mode of the languages to simplify the interface and make job descriptions more straightforward.
Education Degrees are now optional
The selection of degrees of education for your job is now optional.
This means you can now create a job without having to select a degree for the education.
New degrees of education are live (for Switzerland)
For our clients in Switzerland, we have added Swiss degrees of education to our list and allow you to select them when creating a job.
