During our speech at the HR Data Day on March 29th, we discussed how the upcoming GDPR regulation will affect HR teams come May 25th 2018. We talked a lot with professionals of the industry and discovered that the majority of companies are still not fully aware of the consequences that this regulation will have on their way of recruiting.
